Every guest is offered a complimentary drink, with a choice of water, several herbal teas, green tea or soda. The salon describes its setting as comfortable and relaxing.
The menu covers gel services, including gel removal, Gel X removal, acrylic or hard gel removal, solid color gel, solid Presto gel, gel refills and gel extensions. Polish services include manicures, pedicures, combined mani/pedis, a kids mani/pedi for children under 12, and spa manicures and pedicures. Spa versions add treatments such as a mask, a 10-minute massage and a callus treatment. The salon does not use acrylic products because they produce a strong chemical smell. Booking is managed through a policy set for reliability: new clients are asked to provide a credit card to hold an appointment, and appointments are held for 15 minutes past their start time. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 5 hours' notice, or 2 hours for same-day appointments. A 50% fee applies to no-shows or missed cancellations, and last-minute changes carry a 20% charge. Pets are not allowed, and clients are expected to be respectful to technicians and other guests.
Small Lily works with high-quality Japanese gels and organic polish, and it avoids acrylic products because of their strong chemical smell.
