Waxing services range from quick tidy-ups of the lip, sideburns and nape to full legs, full back and full arms. A full face wax covers the hairline, eyebrows, nose, sideburns, cheeks, both lips, chin and front of the neck. The Brazilian wax clears pubic hair, perianal area included, and guests may keep a narrow strip if they wish. A jelly mask can be added to a Brazilian. Separately, a vajacial is offered; it does not involve waxing. The longer Brazilian and vajacial package combines a Brazilian wax with a thorough cleanse, mask, extractions when needed, astringent, high-frequency treatment, a calming jelly mask and a moisturizing finish. According to the business, this package is intended to help reduce ingrown hairs.

For lashes, the Korean Lash Lift is a perm that curls natural lashes for up to six to eight weeks and includes a tint at no extra charge. Brow lamination is available with or without tint; the tinted version lasts up to six to eight weeks and includes a wax and tint. Lash extension fills are booked by timing: two week fills fall 10 to 16 days after the previous appointment, and three week fills fall 17 to 23 days after. Removal uses a gel remover followed by a lash bath. Free lash touch-ups are allowed within 72 hours if aftercare was followed, and a full set may be needed for appointments more than 30 days after the last lash visit.

Booking requires a card on file. No-call or no-show appointments are charged the full service price, and cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours ahead are charged half. Clients have a 10-minute grace period; arriving later cancels the appointment and a cancellation fee applies. Services, fees and deposits are non-refundable, and all sales are final. Gift cards are sold online through Square in set amounts of $10, $20, $25 or $50, or in a custom amount. The business is open Monday from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Tuesday and Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Sunday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, and is closed Wednesday through Friday.

Treatments are paced around hair growth and lash cycles, with prep and aftercare expectations set for each service. Waxing is booked when hair has grown at least three weeks for the best results.
