Visits are by appointment, and a deposit holds the booking. Online bookings take a minimum $20 deposit, with the balance paid at the appointment. The salon is open Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 9 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Sundays. The last appointment is taken at 5 PM, and early slots before 10 AM carry a $100 fee. Clients more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule.

Hair is included in knotless braids and most box braid styles. Boho knotless styles need curly human hair, which the client supplies. Sew-ins, crochet locs, butterfly locs and micro loc extensions do not include hair. Clients can request a color when booking, and color mixing may carry an additional charge. The salon says every style shown in its gallery was made in-house.

Besides braiding, the salon handles take-downs for braids and faux locs, touch-ups, loc retwists, interlocs and double strand loc twists. The salon says most styles last six to ten weeks with proper care, and recommends moisturizing the scalp and wrapping hair at night to help styles last longer.
