The studio says its goal is to help every client feel comfortable and beautiful. Appointments are booked online through its Square booking site, and some services ask for payment at booking, which is then deducted from the total. Bridal hair inquiries are handled by direct message on Instagram, while other questions can go to the phone line, the email address, or the same Instagram account. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, with Thursday and Sunday closed.
Color work ranges from a gloss and a mini highlight refresh to full custom color, double process for solid blondes that need root retouching, and a longer Complete Transformation for vivid color and color correction. The Complete Transformation begins with a consultation that can be done over the phone. Most color services include a blow dry and style.
For weddings, a bridal trial runs about an hour and a half and bridal hair takes about 45 minutes. Makeup includes eyelash application and takes about an hour.
The studio says its aim is to make every client feel comfortable and beautiful.
