On the hair side, men's and women's haircuts begin with a consultation covering hair, routine, lifestyle and goals. Every cut includes a shampoo, scalp massage and blow dry. Color options run from gloss and all-over color through partial and full highlights, bleach and tone, and balayage, with color correction priced after a consultation. Blowouts, updos, deep conditioning and extensions are also available. Stylists are independent chair renters who set their own prices, so clients asking about a specific stylist's rates are directed to contact one of the locations.

Skin treatments are customized to each client's needs, and a complimentary consultation is available for recommendations. Laser and light services, including SkinTyte, BBL and Moxi combinations, require a complimentary consultation before booking. Clients who have already had a laser or light treatment can book their next session by calling the clinic, since laser treatments cannot be booked online. Clients are asked to avoid retinol, exfoliants and active ingredients for at least 48 hours before a skincare treatment, and to avoid self-tanners and sun exposure for two weeks before a laser treatment.

Injectable offerings include Botox and Dysport priced per unit, a lip flip, underarm treatment for excessive sweating, several fillers, Sculptra, and a PRP under-eye treatment. The PRX Derm Perfexion package is sold only as a set of four treatments. The Sloane's Society membership, available exclusively at the North Loop medspa for $300 per month, requires a three-month minimum, then becomes month-to-month and can be canceled with notice. Members can bank up to four rollover services and unlock one service each month.
