Booking has a few set steps. A $20 deposit is required to reserve by debit or credit card, and it is non-refundable but applied toward the treatment. Clients can pay by cash, Apple Pay, or debit and credit card, and a valid ID is needed for card payments. Reminders go out by email and text, and the reminder message is where clients can reschedule. The first reschedule does not require a new deposit, but a second one does.

For lash appointments, the studio asks clients to arrive without makeup or mascara on their eyes that day. It also suggests avoiding caffeine beforehand, since it can cause eye fluttering during the appointment. Appointments should be cancelled at least 24 hours ahead. All services are non-refundable and non-transferable, and clients who no-call, no-show are not allowed to book future appointments.
