The business says its facials aim for strong results, deep renewal and relaxation, and describes Marie Veronique as a clinically informed skin care line.
Cosmetic acupuncture places 40 to 79 fine needles on the face, which the business describes as painless. According to the business, it uses fewer needles than microneedling, and it says the treatment stimulates collagen and circulation to support skin elasticity and a more even complexion. The business recommends at least six to eight sessions a week for best results. Single sessions and packages are both available, and packages save 10% compared with booking sessions one at a time.
Energy healing has two set options. OPEN Energy Healing is a 60-minute appointment for $155, with 45 minutes of Reiki followed by 15 minutes of reflection and channeled guidance. EXPLORE Energy Healing is a 90-minute session for $288, with 45 minutes of Reiki, a 45-minute strategy session for keeping a balanced energy field, a holistic energy evaluation, tools for maintaining results, and a 30-minute virtual Reiki tune-up follow-up. The business says Reiki can be used as a complementary treatment for chronic conditions and may support relaxation. Payment for both sessions is collected before the appointment.
Clients are asked to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to complete an intake form. Late arrivals do not get extra service time, and the full price is charged. Facials need at least 24 hours' notice to cancel, made by phone at 216-264-6925 or through the confirmation email; text and social media cancellations are not accepted, and a missed notice means the full reservation amount is charged to the card on file. Late cancellations, late reschedules and no-shows are not refunded. Some services are not performed when a client has active cold sores, sunburn, acne grade 3 or 4, Botox within the last 5 days, or dermal fillers within the past 2 weeks. Gratuity is not included and is up to the guest, paid by card, cash or Venmo. The shop sells skin care, makeup, body care, hair care, wellness and home products, plus a men's collection, and gift cards for retail and facials. Domestic orders of $75 or more ship free. Open Monday to Saturday 10am to 6pm and Sunday 11am to 4pm.
The salon selects only products that are free of harmful ingredients, made with environmental responsibility in mind, and not tested on animals. It aims to keep effectiveness and quality high throughout that selection. Each ingredient is reviewed before a product is stocked.
