SleekCare Spa was founded by Ellen to pair clinical-style treatments with a slower, more personal and calm spa visit. The entrance is on the ground floor at street level and is step-free.

Every visit begins with a free 30-minute consultation and skin analysis, which can use a high-definition machine to examine the skin or scalp. The esthetician adjusts facial steps to the client's skin on the day, and treatments, settings and products are tailored to each client's skin and timeline. Clients also leave with a take-home homecare routine.

Treatments take place in one of seven private, sound-proof rooms, and drinks and snacks are included at every visit. The salon uses medical-grade, professional-only products, including SkinCeuticals, iS Clinical, Valmont, EltaMD, PCA Skin and BioRePeel, and Candela devices for laser, IPL and microneedling. The salon describes the experience as comparable to a luxury hotel spa without hotel pricing.

Beyond single appointments, there is a membership with facial discounts, product savings, member events and a free skin consultation, plus gift cards for any amount sent by email. Treatments can be split into monthly payments through Cherry over up to 18 months. Appointments need 24 hours' notice to change without a charge, and a card on file is required to book. Event bookings take a 20% deposit to hold the date.

Each visit starts with a skin or scalp analysis before a treatment is chosen, and facial steps are adjusted on the day. Protocols are offered for sensitive, reactive and rosacea-prone skin.
