Brow services include tinting with a semi-permanent tint and a three-step lamination that straightens brow hairs, along with combinations that pair these with waxing. Packages come in buy 5 get 1 free and buy 10 get 3 free versions for many services. They have no expiration date and no monthly commitment, and visits are deducted as they are used and tracked through a Vagaro client portal. Packages cannot be combined with other offers or the Sleek Membership. Digital gift certificates in any amount can be bought and used to book waxing online.

Clients should have hair about a quarter inch long or roughly two weeks of growth for body waxing. Clients must be over 18 or have parental permission. No-show appointments are charged 50% of the day's services, and cancelling or rescheduling by phone before the appointment avoids that charge.

Treatments are built around a regular waxing schedule, with the salon suggesting visits every three to four weeks and a post-treatment serum with aloe vera and glycerin after each wax.
