Each appointment starts with a one-on-one consultation about the client's goals, daily routine and preferences, and services are tailored from there. Hair color is quoted only after that consultation, because the price depends on hair length, thickness and the technique used.

Hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 5:30 PM, Sunday from noon to 5 PM, and closed on Tuesdays. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Clients who cannot make a visit are asked to let the studio know as early as possible so it can be rescheduled.

Some policies are worth knowing before booking. Hair color is non-refundable, and the studio cannot promise how long color will last without proper aftercare, so color-safe products and regular touch-ups are recommended. A $20 per hour waiting fee applies to Glam Combo appointments that start late or run past their scheduled time.

Services are shaped around each client after a consultation about their goals, lifestyle and preferences.
