The studio's menu runs from simple refreshes and kids' braids to multi-hour knotless, tree braid and loc installations. Most services list an approximate appointment length and a starting or fixed price, so clients can plan how long they will be in the chair.
Hair sourcing varies by service. Some prices include the hair, such as feed-ins with two braids, tree braids with 100% human bulk hair, and miracle knotless styles with up to several bundles. Others ask the client to bring their own packs, such as large box braids and feed-in ponytails, which use Ruwa Expressions prestretched braiding hair, or 40 inch soft locs. Traditional installs can use bundles bought from the studio or supplied by the client. Shampoo is often not included, though it can be added on some services.
Some policies affect booking. Miracle knotless appointments require a $100 non-refundable deposit to hold a time, and the one-on-one braiding class requires a $150 deposit. Micro loc installation starts with a consultation that must be booked first. A Skip the Line Pass adds $100 for priority scheduling on last-minute appointments, subject to availability.
