Every visit starts with a consultation to talk through what the client wants. Gel and builder gel manicures and soak-offs run about an hour, while full sets and refills can take two to three hours because the salon takes time over the finish.

Booking requires a $20 non-refundable deposit that goes toward the total. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or reschedules are charged 20% of the booked services and require a new $20 deposit to rebook. Clients have a 15-minute grace period, after which the appointment is cancelled and the 20% charge applies. Children are not permitted because of the chemicals and tools, one extra guest may attend if the salon is told in advance, and gift card sales are final.

Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Hours are Tuesday through Friday from 9 AM to 7:30 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM; the salon is closed Sunday and Monday. Twelve payment options are accepted.

Each appointment opens with a consultation, and the stated aim is a comfortable, enjoyable visit where customer satisfaction matters. The salon does not work over other people's nail work, so existing sets must be soaked off first or booked as a soak-off.
