Color work takes longer: a root touch-up runs about two hours, an all-over color about three, a partial highlight about two and a half, a full highlight about three and a half, and specialty color about three.

The studio is open Tuesday and Thursday from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM, Friday from 10:30 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday from 11 AM to 5 PM. It is closed on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. Clients who cannot make a visit can let the salon know and reschedule; cancellations made after 24 hours are charged a 50 percent fee.
