The studio operates from a home in St. Augustine, Florida, and each visit is one-on-one. Clients get Tracy's full attention in a relaxed, comfortable setting rather than a busy shared floor.

Tracy calls herself self-taught and says personalized hairstyles are her specialty. She is still growing her client list and welcomes new clients.

Booking runs through the Setmore app, where clients can book, reschedule or cancel. A $30 non-refundable deposit is due at booking. Most services take about 1 hour 20 minutes, and a silk press takes about an hour. Clients send inspiration photos once they have chosen a hair length. The silk press starts at $120, and its final price is set at the appointment based on hair length, density and condition. Arriving 30 minutes late carries a $20 fee, and 30 or more minutes late carries a $30 fee.
