Slayedbymica works with braiding and takes bookings with a deposit that goes toward the total service price. Booking details, including late arrival rules and fees, are set out in advance.
Clients who bring their own hair need to follow specific requirements. The hair must be Xpression Pre-Stretched Braiding Hair, at least 52 inches for waist length, 62 inches for butt length, or 72 inches for thigh length. It must be washed, free of product and fully blow-dried before the appointment. Hair that does not meet these standards is not accepted, and preparation that falls short may carry an extra fee.
If a client is running late, they are asked to contact the business as soon as possible. Arriving more than 10 minutes late carries a $25 late fee, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to cancellation with the booking fee forfeited. Sunday appointments include an additional $75 fee.
