Booking starts with a $25 deposit, which is non-refundable and non-transferable and secures the appointment. Appointments should be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours ahead, and a new deposit is needed to hold the next slot. Same-day cancellations are charged 30% of the service. Foreign refills are not offered, while a Foreign Soak Off, starting at $20, is available for removing work done by another provider. Prices vary with design, so an exact estimate is available by message on Instagram or by email. The salon is open Tuesday from 9 AM to 1 PM, Wednesday from 9 AM to 4:30 PM, Thursday from 9 AM to 8 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM, and is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
