Custom wigs can be made from one of several named wig units, starting at prices from $220 to $500 and up, or built from a client's own hair for $145. Clients choose a closure or frontal construction, a side, middle or no part, or a U-part. Head measurements and a parting style are needed before ordering, and wigs are made to order in about 5 to 10 business days. Custom color is available for custom wigs, and clients who ordered a wig unit from the website have their own service option.

Appointments open monthly on the 15th at 6pm EST and require a non-refundable deposit that goes toward the service. Clients can reschedule once by email up to 72 hours ahead. Arriving more than 15 minutes late carries a $20 fee, and appointments are cancelled after 20 minutes. No-call, no-show and same-day cancellations are charged half the service price, and appointments at 5pm or later add $45. Hair should arrive blown out, clean and free of product, and lace installs need the hair dropped off 24 to 48 hours beforehand. Wash, blow-dry and silk press are extra. Payment is cash or Zelle at the appointment, and services are not refunded or exchanged.

The studio sells Curl Sculptor's Lavender Scalp Stimulating Oil, a natural hair oil, silk bonnets and silk headwraps. Wig units ship within 3 to 5 business days of payment in cap sizes small, medium and large, with wigs taking 6 to 10 business days. Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico orders take 7 to 14 business days, and Canada and international orders take 14 to 21. Packages are not insured by default, and USPS Priority offers insurance. Contact is by text at (754) 214-4788, usually answered within 24 to 48 hours.

Work is booked by appointment on a monthly schedule, with a consultation for new clients and custom wigs made to order from measurements and a chosen parting style.
