The suite's services are personal and detail-focused, with nail art as a particular strength. Clients can choose a design from the menu or, for the Freestyle Frenzy, let the technician help pick a look when they are unsure what they want. Swarovski crystals are available as an add-on to most sets and manicures.
Pedicures come in four versions. The Demure Pedicure is a one-hour option with a fizzy soak bomb, exfoliating scrub, collagen mask and lotion. The Jelly Pedi uses a warm jelly soak, sugar scrub and butter mask, with a choice of scents. The Golden Hour Pedi adds a 15-minute hot oil massage, and the Restore Spa Pedicure is the longest, at 1 hour 30 minutes, with callus care, a hydrating mask, hot towels and a 25-minute hot oil massage.
The business accepts new clients for manicures and pedicures. Deposits are required at booking and go toward the service price. Clients who are running late should contact the suite by text or Instagram message, as appointments are cancelled after a 15-minute late window. Fill-ins are offered only for clients who already have work from this suite, and soak-offs are normally not done, so clients should arrive with bare nails.
