Visits are by appointment. The studio is open Monday through Saturday from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm and on Sundays from 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm. Appointment times vary by service, from about an hour and 45 minutes for a ponytail to two and a half hours for a styled wig install.
Several services ask clients to prepare in advance. Ponytails and Two Ponytails need hair washed and blow dried beforehand, and the hair is straightened during the appointment. Clients bring their own hair or bundles, as hair is not included. Quick weaves follow the same washing and drying rule, and clients bring hair or three bundles. For wig installs, clients arrive with the wig and with their hair washed and blow dried. The address for a wig install is sent 24 hours before the appointment. Wig customization is done on the day of the appointment at no fee.
