Services are priced by style and by size (large, medium or small). The menu covers box braids, knotless braids, passion, spring, kinky and Senegalese twists, butterfly and faux locks, micro braids, boho braids and cornrows, along with feed-in braids, basic sewings with a leave-out, men's box braids or twists, and dreadlock starts, retwists and styling. Add-ons for design, length and size are available.

Many services require clients to bring their own hair, washed and combed before the appointment. Stitch braids are priced for 10 braids and include length at no extra charge when the client supplies pre-stretched hair. Tucking adds between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the style. Typical appointment lengths are listed for several services, such as about 2 hours for stitch braids and about 4 hours for feed-in braids.

Children and guests are not permitted to stay for appointments.
