Booking happens online. Clients pick a style and size, check the current price on the booking page, and choose a time. An initial non-refundable $30 deposit is required before an appointment is confirmed, and the balance is paid in cash or Zelle on the day. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations may cost the deposit.

Sessions can take several hours, depending on the style, size, length and the condition of the client's natural hair. Extra length, extra fullness, custom styling or special colors can add charges. Hair should arrive clean, freshly washed and blow-dried, without oils, grease or leave-in conditioner, and unprepared hair may bring an additional fee or a reschedule.

The salon is open Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM and on Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Tools are regularly sanitized, and client contact and booking details are kept private.

Knotless techniques are used to keep tension off the edges and scalp. The salon describes its braids as neat and long-lasting, with clean parts and even braids.
