The manicures and pedicures come in a classic level and a fuller version. The Slay Me Manicure and Slay Me Pedicure build on the classic service with hot towel wraps, paraffin, or a peel scrub and intensive callus treatment. The Jelly Pedicure adds a jelly soak, a sea salt and sugar scrub, a nourishing mask and a 10-minute massage, while the Signature Pedicure is the longest spa option, with a hot stone and butter cream massage, paraffin, hot towel wraps and a 15-minute massage. Children have their own manicure, pedicure and polish options.

Gel and extension work is a large part of the menu. It includes acrylic full sets, Luminary gel and refills, dipping powder, Gel-X extensions, and back fills. Add-ons such as chrome, ombre, French tip, deep French or V line, matte topcoat, and design work can be combined with these services, and extra length or a special shape can be requested.

The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and on Sunday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and it is closed on Mondays. Complimentary drinks are offered, gift certificates are available, and the salon states that its nail staff are fully licensed. Prices are listed on the menu, and clients are asked to confirm their services with their technician before treatment.

Some house rules apply. Missed or late arrivals should be cancelled or rescheduled by calling at least 30 minutes ahead, and clients more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule. Refunds are not given on services, though the salon will try to resolve any issue. Children must be accompanied by an adult, pets are not allowed, and loud calls and conversations are not permitted inside. Surveillance cameras are in use, and clients are responsible for their own belongings.
