Appointments are kept one-on-one: no extra guests are allowed, and anyone not being serviced waits in their car. Children and pets are not permitted, and eating and cellphone use are not allowed during services. Lash extension clients must be 18 or older, while teens are welcome for makeup services only.

The lash menu runs from classic sets, which place one extension on one natural lash in Doll Eye or Cat Eye styles, to hybrid sets that alternate classic lashes with volume fans. Wetset sets use closed fans for a wet-look finish, and volume sets use fans only, with 5 to 10 lashes on each fan. The mega volume set is the fullest offered, requires an in-person consultation and needs a good amount of healthy natural lashes. Designer sets are tailored to each client's eyes and use less common curls, and clients may bring inspiration photos. Anime sets use spikes no longer than 15 mm, and the manhua specialty set adds individually built spikes, layered texture and bottom lashes. Pick Your Poison is a Halloween mystery set in which the client draws the style, colors and add-ons from bowls, with classic sets not included. The business describes its volume full set as one of its most popular, and its portfolio states that all sets are isolated properly.

Fills are offered up to 21 days after the previous appointment; later fills are charged as a full set. Foreign fills over another technician's work are only offered when the earlier work used proper isolation and technique, and they require at least 65% of lashes to remain. Lash extension removal includes a growth serum application. Deposits are required for several services and can be transferred once if reused within 30 days. Deposits and completed services are not refunded, and individual lash extensions are non-refundable. Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead, with a fee of 25% of the full service price for last-minute changes. Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes incur a $10 charge, and those more than 15 minutes late may have the visit cancelled. No-call, no-show appointments are charged 30% of the full price.
