The facial menu starts with a consultation facial, priced from $25, designed for clients who are new to facials. Bookings are taken for specific service times. Payment can be made in cash, through Zelle, or by credit or debit card, with a 3.5% convenience fee on card payments. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, and approval is required before the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, and rescheduling must be done within 30 days before the deposit becomes non-transferable. Appointments canceled without 24 hours notice are charged 25% of the total to the card on file, and that amount must be paid before rebooking. No-shows are charged 50% of the total service amount to the card on file and are permanently banned from booking. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late will be asked to reschedule. If a card is declined for fees owed, services must be paid in full before a new booking.
