Facials are customized to each client's skin needs and goals, from a basic express treatment to longer anti-aging and corrective sessions. The menu includes named facials such as the SKYN Signature Facial, Sensitive Skin Facial for redness, Vital Defense Facial for clients roughly 25 to 35, and Excellence Code, which combines exfoliation, energy work and lymphatic drainage massage. Specialty options include Liquid Microneedling CellStory, BioRePeel TCA peels, and a Cell Story Deluxe facial with dermaplaning. Pregnancy-focused and teen facials are also offered.

Waxing covers the face, body and intimate areas, and the pace and comfort level are adjusted to each client. Men's grooming options include Gentleman's Facial and Manscape, with a manjacial add-on that treats and helps prevent ingrown hairs. Booking requires an appointment. The spa asks for 24 hours notice to change an appointment, charges part or all of the service fee for late cancellations and no-shows, and can shorten a service if a client arrives late while still charging the full price.
