The brow menu runs from quick waxing visits to longer treatments. Sculpt & Set is a wax session that includes soft-wax hair removal, shaping to the face, optional red light therapy, trimming or tweezing, and a finishing massage; it starts at $27 and takes at least 15 minutes. Thread & Set uses threading for the same shaping steps and starts at $50. Both are not offered to men. The NKD Lift pairs brow lamination, mapping, waxing or threading shaping, and aftercare without any tint, starting at $69. The Signature Lift adds a hybrid stain to the lamination, starting at $150 and taking at least 75 minutes; lamination is repeated every 6 to 8 weeks, and the color is stated to last up to 6 weeks. Skyn Soft Powder Brows is the studio's semi-permanent brow enhancement, in which pigment is implanted into the skin with a shading technique. The studio states that results usually last 2 to 3 years with touch-ups, and the appointment takes about 240 minutes and requires a $49 deposit. The NKD Lift is not recommended for very thin or sparse brows, or for brows tattooed less than six months earlier.

Lash services include a natural keratin lash lift with no extensions, which can be paired with tint and is stated to last 6 to 8 weeks, starting at $135. Lash refills start at $129 and take at least 65 minutes; the studio advises refills every 3 to 4 weeks and allows booking up to one month after the original appointment. The Custom Lash Experience starts at $189 and takes at least 90 minutes, and a lash look book is shared on the studio's social media. The Lash Extension and Brow Package starts at $200 and lets clients choose a lash set and a brow service, with brow services also bookable alone. Lashes x Signature Lift starts at $220 and is booked by clients who have bought a lash and brow bundle. Tinting offers three options: a classic tint lasting 3 to 5 days, a customizable hybrid stain lasting 7 to 12 days, and henna lasting 12 to 14 days in natural brown or black. The studio describes its hybrid stain as its most popular tint option. The Tint Edit starts at $75.

Memberships and packages are built around recurring visits. The Brow Maintenance membership is $100 a month, Tier 1 is $139 a month with a lash fill and a hybrid brow stain and wax every three weeks, and Tier 2 Lash & Brow is $199 a month with lash refills and brow stain touch-ups plus a monthly upgrade every other month. Package options include the NKD Brow Plan, Stay Tinted, Brow Shaping with a buy-three-get-one-free offer, the Complete Set, and a return-client Signature Sculpt Plan. Membership and package credits apply automatically at checkout.

Booking and payment rules are set out clearly. Cancellations must be made directly with the studio. Deposits are non-refundable, but can move to a future appointment with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancelling with less notice or not showing forfeits the deposit, adds a charge of 50% of the remaining service balance, and requires a new booking; no-shows are banned from booking. Appointments must be confirmed between 72 and 24 hours before the start time or they are cancelled. Clients using AHA or BHA products such as salicylic acid, retinol or tretinoin are asked to stop one week before brow lamination, NKD Lift or Sculpt & Set appointments. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Services are arranged as shaping and maintenance on a schedule, with packages and memberships that space visits out over a few months. Preparation rules, such as stopping certain exfoliating products beforehand, are set out for brow services.
