Two lash artists, Olivia Tran and Rachel Tran, work together as a team, which gives clients more availability. Clients can book with a preferred artist or take whichever staff member has the earliest opening. The studio is open from 9 AM to 7 PM every day of the week, and house calls are listed as an option.
The studio says healthy lashes come first and that it uses premium products and consistent techniques. It also describes itself as providing the highest quality service and says every client is guaranteed a customized, damage-free set of lashes. These are the studio's own claims.
Payments are accepted. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. A 15% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. The Lash Lift requires a $15 deposit.
