The studio is inside My Salon Suite at 5170 S 76th St in Greenfield and accepts clients from across Milwaukee County, including Hales Corners and West Allis, as well as Cudahy, Franklin, Greendale, Milwaukee and New Berlin.

Microblading is the core of the studio. Appointments are by appointment only, walk-ins are not accepted, and guests, including children, are not allowed in the studio. Every visit begins with a free 30-minute eyebrow consultation covering the look, pricing and scheduling. A microblading session runs about 2.5 to 3 hours, including roughly 45 minutes of numbing before the work starts. Microblading and Blade and Shade are each listed at $550 and both require a non-refundable $100 deposit at booking. Eyebrow shaping, which trims and shapes natural hair around microbladed brows, takes about 20 minutes and costs $15.

Every new client returns for a touch-up after six weeks. Returning clients then choose 3-month, 6-month or yearly touch-ups, with the yearly option available to existing clients 12 to 18 months after their last appointment. Touch-ups take about 2.5 to 3 hours. Color correction for work done by another artist is an additional $50 to $100.

The studio has clear booking rules. Each appointment has a 15-minute grace period, and arrivals later than that have the appointment canceled and forfeit the deposit, even with notice. Rebooking after a late cancellation requires an extra $100 deposit. No-shows and cancellations within 48 hours incur a 100% cancellation fee. Gift cards are non-refundable. Prices may change, but the price at booking is honored if an increase happens before the appointment. The studio does not guarantee results, since clients heal differently.

Looks are designed around each client's face, brow size, shape and color, and the design is planned before any hair strokes are drawn.
