The studio is open Monday and Tuesday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is closed Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday.

Clients considering extensions can book a free consultation of about 25 minutes. It covers the look they want, matching their color and the extension options available, before any install is booked. Tape-in installs and standard extension installs are listed as separate services.

Color services are priced by type. An all-over color is one solid shade and is not meant for highlights, while custom partial and full highlights include bleach, toner, a root touch-up and a style. Full highlights and balayage include two bowls of bleach, and extra bowls are charged at $20 each.

Brazilian waxes are booked by message because the service takes place at a home-based location. Under arm waxing is also offered. Spray tans are mobile, with the stylist traveling to the client.
