Each lash visit starts with a consultation to choose length and curl. Styles run from classic and butterfly to volume, hybrid, mega full volume and special designs such as Anime, Wispy, Kim K, Katun, Thai and wet-set looks. Classic or butterfly sets are listed at $120, volume at $130, special designs at $145 and mega full volume at $160, with 2-week and 3-week refill options at each tier. Lash sets are covered by a warranty. The salon says its lashes look good for up to four weeks without mascara and describes them as water-friendly and durable. Removal is free when a client changes the design or takes a new set, and removal alone is $25.

The facial menu centers on a multi-step Korean-style routine: double cleansing, steam, gentle exfoliation, layered essences and serums, then a sheet mask finished with gua sha and LED therapy. Healing Detox Deep Pore Purifying Ritual runs 75 minutes and uses detoxifying clay with an oxygen boost. Deluxe Bioherbal Therapy is a 90-minute service combining herbal detox, sculpting massage and deep restoration. Intro special prices are listed alongside regular prices for each facial.

Aftercare products are sold at $20 each, and clients receive a free lash brush with purchase. Gift cards are eGift cards delivered instantly by email, redeemable at the San Jose location only, and are offered in $50, $100, $150 and $200 amounts or a custom amount. The Dallas location also offers a full-face wax for $50.
