Sky Salon Suites Willowbrook

Sky Salon Suites is a suite rental business rather than a salon with staff. It leases private rooms to independent beauty professionals, who operate their own businesses from them.

Renters set their own hours, sell their own products and may decorate and personalize their suite. Each suite has a private lockable door, and renters receive a key to the main entrance.

Each suite comes equipped for its trade. Hair suites include a shampoo bar, styling chair and mirror, nail suites include manicure stations and pedicure chairs, and massage suites include massage tables. Utilities (gas, water and electric) are included in the rent, and laundry is available on site.

Its suites have luxury vinyl plank flooring, custom cabinetry, designer sinks, professional shampoo bowls, 8-foot sliding glass doors, high ceilings and chandeliers, and include facial tables for estheticians. The La Grange location is listed on the website without a street address.

Applications are reviewed in the order received. A suite is reserved only once the application is approved and the reservation deposit is received. Leases run for at least one year, and applicants must be at least 18 years old. The leasing application asks for a cosmetology license.

Each suite is run as an independent business, with the renter setting hours, pricing products and personalizing the space.

The building has comfortable waiting areas, well-lit entrances with security cameras, a restroom area and free parking.
