Color is priced as a starting point. The final cost can change with hair condition, hair history, desired result, hair density, length, and how much product is used, and some color goals take more than one visit. Highlights are done with foil, either through the sides, crown, and top of the head for a partial, or throughout the whole head for a full. Toners are sold separately with full highlight services.

Booking is done with a credit card on file, which secures the appointment. Reminders go out by email and text at least a day ahead. Guests should give 10 hours' notice for any cancellation, reschedule, or change. Missed appointments without notice are charged in full, and guests with three no-shows are only served as walk-ins. Guests are asked to arrive 5 minutes early, and those more than 10 minutes late may be moved to another time or stylist. Child haircuts are offered with select stylists only. Calls are recorded, and card details are protected with commercial encryption.
