Manicures range from a basic essential service to a spa version that adds a sugar scrub and paraffin. Pedicures make up much of the menu, with named options built around different soaks and scrubs, including a milk and honey soak, a herbal tea soak with a sea salt scrub, and a mineral soak followed by a paraffin mask. Most pedicure levels can be finished in gel polish, and a paraffin or hot stone massage can be added for $10.
Nail enhancements include Gel-X, Biab Gel, builder gel, dip powder, acrylic, and poly or TAP gel. Starting prices are listed for each, and final pricing depends on shape and length. Designs can vary with the technician's skill level, the time available and any extra length or shape. Gel-X maintenance done more than two weeks after the last set is treated as a new set, and repairs to more than four fingernails are treated the same way.
Clients are asked to arrive five to ten minutes early, since late arrivals may get a shorter service or be rescheduled. Consultations are free on all services. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations and no-shows may carry a fee. Tools are sterilized and sanitized between clients. Complaints should be raised within three days of the appointment, and the salon will fix the service at no added cost. Cash, credit and debit cards are accepted, and tips can be paid in cash or by card. Children under 11 are priced $5 below the regular manicure or pedicure, and children who are not being serviced must stay supervised.
