Each visit starts with a skin assessment and a consultation with a skin care trainer, who learns the client's skin and gives product recommendations. The facial itself is chosen on the day, and the trainer can change products and steps during the treatment based on what they see. Each client's skin is tracked from visit to visit, and between appointments the trainer may suggest a home routine from the Simply Powerful skin care line.
Alongside the facial shops, skoah operates fitskin by skoah, a sister brand offering skincare workouts in an open-concept studio without private rooms, with a location at 4272 Fraser St. in Vancouver.
The brand treats skin care as ongoing coaching rather than a one-time treatment: each facial starts with an assessment and a plan that is tracked and adjusted over visits.
The studios are described as inclusive, approachable and gender-neutral.

Facials range from the 45-minute power facial to the 75-minute facialiscious, with power plus, power fit, power plane and power peel in between. Drop-in prices are listed from $95 CAD in Canada and $115 USD in the US, with the power peel the highest at $185 CAD or $195 USD. Add-on LED or ultrasonic treatments are available to enhance results.
