The signature facial starts with a professional skin analysis on the day of the visit, then moves through a double cleanse, customized exfoliation, extractions where needed, LED therapy, facial massage and finishing products chosen for the client. The extended version adds treatment time, a longer massage, additional modalities and deeper customization. The Glow Habit facial is a shorter option meant to restore luminosity and hydration. A separate teen facial is offered for ages 13 to 17, focused on breakouts, congestion, oiliness and sensitivity, with simple home care guidance. Specialized treatments include the Acne Bootcamp, which combines professional treatment, home care recommendations, education and ongoing support; a chemical peel for tone, texture, pigmentation and clarity; a herbal Green Sea peel for acne scarring and texture; and an oxygenating renewal facial.

Brow services include sculpting with waxing, tinting, lamination, and combinations of these. Lash services include tinting and lifting, with a lift and tint option. Brow and lash services can be booked alone or added to any facial. The Ritual Membership costs $140 a month with a three-month minimum and includes one signature facial each month, 10 percent off retail skincare, member pricing on advanced treatments and a birthday enhancement.

Visits are by appointment only. Walk-ins are not guaranteed, so clients are asked to book online first, and any same-day openings appear in the online system. A valid credit card is required to reserve every appointment, and some services take a non-refundable deposit that is applied to the total at checkout. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours ahead carry a 50 percent service fee, and no-call, no-shows are charged the full service total. Clients are asked to arrive five to ten minutes early. Arrivals more than ten minutes late may have a shortened service, and arrivals 15 minutes or more late may need to reschedule. Additional guests and children are not permitted unless approved in advance. Clients with signs of contagious illness are asked to rebook, and service may be declined if they arrive visibly unwell. Service fees, deposits and gift cards are non-refundable. The studio does not guarantee specific outcomes, since results depend on skin type, lifestyle, consistency and home care.
