Each visit opens with a skin and facial anatomy assessment that looks at the whole face, including skin quality, muscle movement, volume and structure. Plans are built around the client's goals, skin health and a longer-term outlook rather than a fixed menu, and many patients follow a pre-planned treatment schedule across the year. New patients are asked to have a consultation, which can take place in the office, as a virtual skin assessment that produces an emailed treatment guide, or by telehealth. Returning patients can book treatments directly. Visits are unhurried, and staff spend time explaining each treatment.

Injectables include Botox, Dysport, Daxxify and Xeomin, as well as dermal fillers with an option for structure and contour restoration. The business says filler results typically last six to twelve months. Biostimulators include Sculptra and Radiesse. Kybella is offered for permanent reduction of fat under the chin, typically across at least three sessions. Other injectables include PDO threads for lifting and support, Skinvive hyaluronic acid microdroplets, and regenerative treatments using PRP or PRFM. Laser and light options are Moxi, BBL, Clear + Brilliant and Sofwave. Medical-grade facials include chemical peels, a Custom Exosome Facial, DiamondGlow, a 24k gold microinfusion and a signature medical-grade facial. Microneedling is offered on its own or with PRP or PRFM.

Financing is available through PatientFi and Cherry Financing, and payment plans are offered for services. Appointments require a non-refundable deposit that expires one calendar year after purchase and can be applied to any product or service. Cancellations and reschedules are accepted up to 48 hours ahead; changes inside that window forfeit the deposit as a cancellation fee. Up to three adjustments are allowed per appointment. Arrivals after a 10-minute grace period may be cancelled and charged a cancellation fee. Injectable and laser treatments are not performed during pregnancy or while breastfeeding, and injectables should be planned at least two weeks before an important event. Skincare is sold online with nationwide shipping or in-store pickup.
