The menu is organized into body waxing, facial waxing, tinting and tweezing. Body services cover areas from the neck and underarms to the full back, full legs, chest, stomach and the Brazilian area, with combination packages such as Brazilian with underarms or with an inner thigh. Facial waxing covers single areas like the lip, chin, nose, ears and cheeks, as well as combinations and a full face. Brow and lash tinting use semi-permanent dye, and eyebrow tweezing is offered on its own.

Before a visit, clients are asked to let hair grow to about a quarter inch, with at least 14 days of growth since the last shave. Exfoliating three to four times a week is recommended, though not on the day of the wax. Clients should stay hydrated and limit caffeine that day, and may take ibuprofen about 20 minutes before a wax if they choose. For a day or two afterward, the studio advises against exfoliating, swimming, hot tubs, sweating, friction and touching the area. Exercise should be avoided for 24 hours. Wipes and tampons are available for clients to use.

The studio waxes all areas for men except those under underwear, which it refers to another waxer. Pregnant clients may be waxed, with placement adjusted as needed, and clients with high-risk pregnancies are asked to check with a doctor first. Clients may be waxed during their period if a clean tampon or menstrual cup is in place. Children are not allowed unless they are receiving a service; they may wait in the suite if needed but not near the waxing area.

The studio runs a referral offer: both the person referring and the new client receive $20 off a Brazilian wax, with no limit on referrals. Hours are Monday and Tuesday from 3 to 8 PM and Wednesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 2 PM, with Friday through Sunday closed.
