The facial menu is built around the Epionce, Image Skincare and Circadia lines. Lash and brow work is a central part of the studio. Eyelash extensions are applied only to clean lashes, and lashes are cleaned first if mascara or debris is present. Options include classic, hybrid and volume full sets, plus fills, a lash lift with or without tint, and a lash tint that the studio says lasts up to three weeks. Brow services include tints, stains, lamination, and combinations with waxing.

Waxing covers brows, lip, chin, nose, underarms and full face. Other offerings include a custom airbrush tan and a prepaid four-pack of spray tans, an Ion Spa foot detox treatment with an optional paraffin dip, and a Scratch Sesh back, shoulder, arm, scalp and ear treatment. Spa parties for groups combine facials, relaxation treatments and a foot bath, and are requested through an online form. The studio reviews these requests within 48 hours, and a booking is not guaranteed until confirmed. Gift cards are sold in fixed amounts or custom values.

Treatments are organized around named skin care lines and specific treatment steps, and lash work begins with clean lashes.
