SKN by Guam

SKN by Guam offers virtual skin consultations, held by one-on-one video call and by appointment only. The business describes its experience as luxury and its education as science-backed.

The process runs in steps: book a time, complete a skin and lifestyle form, submit photos of your skin, meet by video, then receive a customized plan. The Skin Clarity Blueprint is a 45-minute session that includes a personalized skin assessment, a review of your current products and routine, a customized morning and evening routine, product recommendations, and one follow-up email within seven days.

The 90-Day Skin Transformation is a 60-minute video consultation followed by three 20-minute virtual check-ins around days 30, 60 and 90. Routine and product adjustments are made as needed, with email and voice-note support across the 90 days, answered within one business day. Recommended products are bought separately and are not part of either package price.

Booking requires a $50 non-refundable deposit that goes toward the service, and reminders are sent 30 hours before each appointment. Changes made at least 24 hours ahead carry no fee, while later changes forfeit the remaining balance and require a new deposit. Appointments can be rescheduled up to three times, and a second no-show blocks further bookings. By booking, clients agree to possible marketing photos or videos unless they say otherwise before the appointment.

Combines education, technique and a realistic outlook so that skincare results fit everyday life, with routines built around each client's lifestyle.
