Bookings are handled through an online Glossgenius page. The studio is open Monday through Friday from 4 PM to 8:30 PM and on Saturday from 10:30 AM to 4 PM, and it is closed on Sundays. Clients who run late have a 15-minute grace period if they let the studio know; arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice means the appointment is cancelled. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a fee of 50% of the service price.

Several treatments take a deposit to hold the booking, ranging from $10 to $100 depending on the service. Packages are available for some treatments, and any package credit is applied automatically at checkout when the client books a covered service. In-person Buy Now, Pay Later financing is offered for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

The skin menu includes dermaplaning, an aqua peel described as a Korean hydrafacial, LDM ultrasound massage, a combined Glass Skin treatment, LHALA and PRX peels, and microneedling in several options. The filler menu ranges from a small 0.25 mL lip treatment to full-face PRF work, and the injectables list includes Botox Lip Flip, Botox Underarms for excessive sweating, and Botox or Dysport priced per unit.

The studio focuses on medical-grade treatments with a natural look, and the nurse team builds plans around each client's features.
