The menu is grouped into Hydrafacial, Custom Facials, Dermaplaning and Add-Ons. Hydrafacial Deluxe takes 60 minutes and Hydrafacial Platinum takes 75 minutes, both with no downtime, and both are recommended every 4 to 6 weeks. The Hydrating Enzyme Treatment, a 45-minute session with no downtime, is the studio's suggested first facial for clients who are unsure what to book. Custom facials for acne, anti-aging, brightening and back concerns are adjusted to each client's skin. The Acne Facial, Anti Aging Facial and Back Facial may leave mild flaking or peeling for about 3 to 5 days, or 5 to 7 days for the Back Facial. Clients are asked to avoid retinoids and other exfoliating agents for 48 to 72 hours before certain treatments.

A first facial includes a consultation. The studio describes its space as one where clients can feel safe, pampered and cared for. Parking is free in the on-site lot, with street parking on Ray Street when those spots are taken.
