The first payment is charged on enrollment, and then on the 1st of each month to the card on file. Included services are meant to be used once per quarter and do not roll over. After the first year, membership continues month to month until cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Early cancellation requires payment for services received at full retail value, and fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Elite members can substitute an advanced laser for a filler once they have been active for six months, and members can upgrade tiers by paying the difference in cost of services already used.

It begins with an initial consultation covering medical history, medications, goals and lifestyle, followed by an evaluation for Zepbound, which is generally prescribed for adults with a BMI of 30 or higher, or 27 or higher with at least one weight-related condition. Monthly follow-up visits include progress review, with weekly check-ins as needed. Access to a registered dietitian, a personal trainer and a prepared-meal program is included. Medication, lab testing, dietitian visits, personal training, prepared meals and optional B12 injections are billed as additional costs. The site states that B12 injections are not a weight-loss treatment.
