Manscape options use a trimmer: the Signature TRIO covers the back, chest and stomach in 30 minutes, and the Ultimate Manscape is a full-body service that takes about an hour and a half. The full-body session does not include Brazilian or privates. Shave add-ons can be booked for one area (back, chest, stomach or legs) or for two areas (adding arms), and full arm and full leg waxing are also offered.

Recovery sessions run 30 to 45 minutes and combine targeted tension release, assisted mobility and stretching. Some are designed for before a workout, others for after one, and others focus on a region such as the feet and lower legs, the hips and legs, or the upper body including the neck and scalp. The business describes the Ultimate Manscape as a complete head-to-toe grooming experience.

Sessions are built around targeted work on specific areas, whether that means grooming or release and mobility work for the muscles.
