Each visit starts with a skin analysis by an esthetician, who talks through skin goals and concerns before the treatment is chosen. Depending on that analysis, a facial may include exfoliation, extraction, facial massage, gua sha and masks, and estheticians finish with guidance for at-home care.

Facials range from the 30-minute Insta-Glow Facial at $69 and the 50-minute Glow Reset Signature Facial at $115 to the Signature Back Facial, also called the Bacial, at $159. The Bacial is aimed at congestion, breakouts and uneven texture and includes cleansing, exfoliation, extractions as needed, a customized mask, hydration and a massage. The Advanced Treatments menu includes the Acne Healing Facial ($169), Japanese Fresh Collagen Facial ($175), 60-minute Korean-inspired Glass Skin Facial ($179), Astrodome Facial ($165, using pulsed light energy, NIR and anion mist), HiFU Facial ($275) and HiLDMHiFU Facial ($325), which combines HIFU and LDM technologies. The Japanese Fresh Collagen Facial uses a collagen delivery system the salon calls its patented nano-capsule technology.

Enhancements can be added to a facial, one or more at a time. Options include dermaplaning ($55, using a medical-grade blade), a chemical peel ($50), nanoinfusion for resurfacing and infusion ($50), an oxygen infusion booster ($50), Astrodome LED light therapy ($50), HiLDM ($50), HiFU ($80), more extractions ($20) and an NAD+, exosome and salmon PDRN boost ($100) delivered with a needle-free roller. Gua sha and LED light therapy are also offered, though no price is listed.

The Monthly Facial Membership is $85 a month for members, compared with $115 per facial for non-members. It includes one 50-minute facial each month, 10% off additional facials and upgrades to advanced facials, 10% off enhancements and 10% off products. The first six months are a minimum commitment; after that it runs month to month and can be ended with 30 days notice by email. Charges bill automatically to the card on file, and the checkout page lists a $200 early cancellation fee.

A package of three Signature facials is $311, which the salon presents as 10% off buying three. Students with valid ID can book a Student Glow Facial for $85, at the member rate on a first facial. When a friend books a first facial by referral, both people receive $10 credit.

The online shop lists about 70 skincare products, including cleansers, toners, serums, moisturizers, sunscreens and masks. Online orders typically ship within 2 to 4 business days and are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays. Order changes or cancellations are accepted by email within 24 hours. Products can be returned only if unopened and within 7 days of purchase. eGift cards come in $25, $50, $75, $100 or a custom amount.
