The facts available describe how appointments are booked, kept and changed, rather than listing its services or team.

Arrival is timed firmly. Clients get a 10-minute grace period for lateness and are asked to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before their appointment and to let the studio know if they expect to be late. An appointment is cancelled if a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, and the deposit is forfeited. If another client arrives early while someone is in a treatment, the early client may wait in the waiting area.

Deposits are non-refundable but can be moved to one reschedule. To avoid a cancellation fee, changes need to be made at least 48 hours ahead. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are charged the full service price to the card used at booking, and a no-show is charged the same and cannot book future appointments.

Before coming in, clients are asked to skip exfoliating and to stop using skin-applied retinoids, along with glycolic or salicylic acid serums and toners, for three to five days. Removing makeup is built into the visit and needs extra time, so guests are advised to leave off waterproof mascara when they can.
