The facials are time-based and come in 60, 75 and 90 minute lengths, so clients choose how long they want to spend. Each one starts with a cleanse and exfoliation, adds extractions when they are needed, and includes massage of the shoulders, arms, décolleté and face. A finishing mask and finishing products complete the session. Extra enhancements can be added as needed, including dermaplaning, a firming mask, a light peel, carboxy, LED therapy, microcurrent, an eye treatment, gua sha, extended massage and a custom serum infusion.

Sugaring is offered for the face, body and brows. Brow shaping with sugaring uses a brow mapping method, and the body options range from lip and chin to a full Brazilian, followed by an optional soothing post-Brazilian mask. The studio describes sugaring as a gentler form of hair removal that minimizes irritation and gives longer-lasting results. Its sugaring paste is made from sugar, water and lemon.

Clients are asked to plan around a few timing rules. Those using salicylic or glycolic acid exfoliants should stop four to five days before a facial, and those using retinol or tretinoin should stop two weeks before. Anyone who has had Botox or filler should wait at least two weeks before booking a facial. For sugaring, shaving should stop three weeks ahead, and for brow lamination exfoliants should be avoided four to five days before and retinol one week before.
