The facial lineup spans a first-visit treatment, a teen facial, a men's facial, and a probiotic facial built for acne-prone skin. Each facial starts with a two-step cleansing, then gentle buffing, a steam session, pore clearing, and a face massage, and finishes with a mask suited to the treatment. Most also add a massage for the arms, hands and scalp, though some services carry limits on that. HydraFacial comes in three tiers: Signature, Deluxe and Platinum. Each tier adds to the one below it, with extra boosting serums, LED light therapy and lymphatic drainage. Waxing is available for the face, underarms, arms, legs, back and shoulders, along with a complete selection of bikini and Brazilian options. The salon also offers brow tinting and shaping, plus eyelash lifts.

Appointments must be booked in advance, and walk-ins are limited. The entry door stays locked during sessions, so clients wait in the foyer until they are greeted. Changes need at least 24 hours notice, and later changes are charged the missed service. Clients using topical or oral prescription medication are asked to stop it two to six weeks before waxing. Prices may vary between providers, and card prices run slightly higher than cash prices for every listed service.

They do not expire, but they are non-refundable and non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Physical gift cards are no longer offered.

The salon focuses on personal service and quality products. It says its waxing formula is botanically based and designed to limit inflammation and redness.
