No more than three clients are in treatment at one time. Walk-ins are welcome, though booking ahead is strongly recommended, and online booking is available. Guests are advised to arrive 15 minutes early and may request a particular therapist. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged 100% of the service price.

Guests aged 18 and older may book, and ages 10 to 17 may book with parental consent and supervision. Blue Light Therapy and Pimple 911 can only be booked by phone. Guests are asked to tell the business about any medical conditions, pregnancy, sunburn, allergies, new medications or changes in health before treatment, and to check with their doctor first if they have a medical condition. Most major credit cards and personal checks are accepted, and a matching valid ID is required at checkout. A 20% gratuity is recommended but not added to the bill. Valuable personal items are best left at home, as the business is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
