Visits are built around the client's skin. Facials begin with a double cleanse and a skin analysis, and the exfoliation, masque and serums are chosen for what the skin needs that day. Higher-tier facials add extractions when needed, facial massage, an eye treatment, and finishing moisturizer with SPF.

New clients can start with a 30-minute Skin Consultation for $25, which covers skin concerns, goals and the current routine, followed by product recommendations. The consultation fee can be applied toward a product purchase.

Facial services require a $30 deposit at booking. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead; later cancellations and no-shows are charged 30% of the service total, and late arrivals may be shortened or rescheduled. Buy Now, Pay Later is offered for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Business hours are Monday through Thursday 10 AM to 5 PM, Friday and Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM, and Sunday 11 AM to 6 PM.

Each facial is customized to the skin's needs on the day, with a skin analysis before treatment begins.
