The clinic's stated aim is to use medical grade skin treatments to slow and reverse visible aging and to correct problem skin. Every visit starts with a complimentary consultation before any treatment plan is made. Injectables such as Botox, Dysport and dermal fillers are administered by licensed Nurse Practitioners.

Acne care can happen in the clinic, with a deep-cleansing facial and the VI Peel, or at home with products the clinic sells. Pigmentation work covers age spots and melasma using microneedling, chemical peels, IPL photofacials, microdermabrasion and at-home retinoids, usually alongside daily broad-spectrum sunscreen of SPF 30 or higher. Other services include DermalInfusion, a patented, non-invasive resurfacing treatment suitable for all skin types that applies condition-specific Pro-Infusion serums during exfoliation. Dermaplaning uses a 10-gauge scalpel to remove the top layer of dead skin cells and fine vellus hair, takes about 30 minutes and needs no downtime. Enzyme treatments use a non-acid, oat-based masque adjusted to each client's skin type. HydraFacials take about 45 minutes, Ultherapy takes under an hour and Laser Genesis usually runs four to six sessions.

Practical details: the clinic is open 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays and Saturdays, and 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, closed Sundays.
